EPC Contracts for Power & Energy Projects, Course Update

Judah Lifschitz recently led another very successful EUCI continuing education course in Chicago, Illinois with assistance from Daniel A. Kapner. Earlier this year Judah and Daniel presented the course in Houston, Texas and a potential Washington, D.C. program is in the planning stage.

The program, which focuses on the provisions, mechanisms, and concepts regularly used in EPC contracts that are necessary for developing an energy project from inception to commercial operation, has received wide praise. Comments from Chicago participants include:
