SLS in InsideCounsel Magazine
Image
The June 2012 edition of InsideCounsel Magazine featured the Article: "Predictive coding still requires human expertise - It is unwise to rely solely on technology that is still so new" co-authored by Judah Lifschitz and George Carry of SLS. The article discusses the benefits and risks of computer-assisted-document review or "predictive coding".

However, companies and counsel must make sure that attorneys and others employing the applications understand the limits as well as the benefits.
