Laura Fraher and Kelley Halliburton honored as members of the 2013 capital pro bono honor roll

Chief Judge Eric Washington of the D.C. Court of Appeals and Chief Judge Lee Satterfield of the D.C. Superior Court recently announced the 2013 Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll of attorneys who have contributed at least 50 hours to serving the legal needs of those living in poverty in the area.

Kelley Halliburton is listed on the 2013 Honor Roll, while Laura Fraher is recognized on the 2013 High Honor Roll as an attorney who performed 100 or more hours of pro bono service last year.

Kelley Halliburton recently co-authored an article titled “Parameters of the Attorney-Client Privilege” that was published in the February 2014 issue of Construction Executive, the monthly magazine of the Associated Builders and Contractors. The article is a primer on the basics of attorney-client privilege for contractors and other construction executives.
