Mara J. Sibley's practice includes construction litigation, government contracts litigation, and general civil litigation. She has broad experience in all phases of civil litigation in state and federal courts. She is a member of the New York bar. In 1991, she received her J.D. from the Washington College of Law, The American University. She received her B.A. in Psychology from The University of Michigan in 1988.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Sibley was a Partner at the litigation firm of Callan, Koster, Brady & Brennan, LLP, in New York, New York, where her practice focused primarily on the defense of professional liability, products liability and general negligence actions in state and federal courts. She also handled contract, labor law, real estate and construction matters. Immediately after law school, Ms. Sibley was an Assistant District Attorney (Senior Trial Attorney) at the King's County District Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, New York. Ms. Sibley has extensive experience in all aspects of trial practice, including arbitrations and mediations.
