Susan A. Mattingly is the Firm's Director of Administration. Ms. Mattingly has been active in the Washington, D.C. legal community since 1981. She has been the Firm's Director of Administration since 1997 and is responsible for the Firm's day-to-day business operations including:
  • administration and implementation of human resources functions, including the administration of Firm insurance and fringe benefits
  • responsible for implementation and oversight of Firm policies and procedures
  • administration of 401(k) Savings/Profit Sharing Plan and Defined Benefit Retirement Plan
  • administration of marketing and firm social events
  • attorney, paralegal and support staff recruitment
  • information technology support services
  • facilities/building management
  • administration of billing and collection functions

Ms. Mattingly is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators as well as a member of its local Capital Chapter.
