We are a go-to law firm for policyholder cases, offering the depth and breadth of experience to handle a diverse array of complex insurance matters. From policy review to due diligence to litigation, clients trust our team to help limit their risk exposure and advocate for the full benefits of their coverage.

Our partners have represented clients before federal and state courts, arbitral tribunals, and judicial and private mediators. We focus on corporate policyholder claims for insurance coverage arising out of liability and loss from property damage, bodily injury, personal injury, alleged wrongful acts of directors and officers, defective or misused products, environmental damage, cyber loss, and alleged discrimination. We also handle matters that include coverage for fires and explosions, mold and moisture, alleged corporate wrongful acts, and natural disasters, including major hurricane- and cyclone-related losses.

We are frequently able to negotiate settlements with opposing parties without resorting to litigation. When matters do end up in the courtroom, we are fierce champions for our clients and have a strong track record of favorable outcomes. In addition, we assist clients in policy and claim review in the context of business mergers and acquisitions.

Our team collaborates with other practice groups in the firm to provide deep and comprehensive representation to clients in a variety of industries. We also partner with boutique litigation and construction law firms to support insurance-related matters, and accept policyholder referrals from insurance brokers and accounting firms.

Our lawyers benefit from a reputation founded on skilled counsel and integrity. As members of a boutique firm ourselves, our partners handle cases directly, providing responsiveness and loyalty to clients as premium value.
