Tressa Muñoz is a highly experienced and skilled paralegal having worked in the legal industry for over 25 years in progressively advanced positions. She has extensive knowledge of all phases of the litigation process from research and document review to electronic case management, coordinating extensive electronic discovery, managing workflow of contract attorneys, paralegals and interns, as well as development and implementation of procedures and protocols for document management and retention,.

She has worked in a variety of industries including Intellectual Property, Government Contracts, Financial Services and Pharmaceuticals, all with a focus on litigation assistance for teams of in-house and general counsel lawyers and paralegal staffs as well as expert witnesses and special project employees.

Passion.

Tressa is naturally very detail oriented and enjoys the logistics of organizing during the discovery phase of a case. Her attention to detail and knack for logistics has led to her passion for conquering the voluminous amount of information, which must be organized during discovery. She is especially adept at e-discovery, having once worked on a case with over two million pages of e-discovery.

Tressa is experienced and highly proficient with a plethora of legal research systems as well as multiple document management systems. This combined with her keen eye in proofing and editing allow her to streamline difficult processes and assist her team in staying on top of the multiple priorities and deadlines.

She has served as the lead paralegal on several high profile multi-million dollar cases and is very adept at juggling multiple tasks throughout a busy day. She keeps a clear head and is able to understand the picture and how each task contributes to a smooth workflow.
