Kelley Halliburton works in the firm’s Trial and Construction group and has extensive experience in all aspects of electronic discovery, including managing significant volumes of electronically stored information (ESI) utilizing various electronic review platforms and litigation support systems, and manages the firm’s electronic discovery team.

Her experience includes work on power and energy construction disputes, construction contract disputes, medical products liability, and antitrust litigation. Kelley’s extensive research and analytical capabilities enables her to digest large volumes of complex information and organize and present it in a skilled and effective manner. She is focused and articulate while striving to provide clients with optimally organized and coordinated data ensuring the most efficient workflow.

Kelley has an investigative mind and is passionate about systematically and methodically exploring ideas, options and alternatives, weighing them carefully and providing well-reasoned advice. During law school, she was on the editorial staff of the Federal Communications Law Journal (FCLJ), the official journal of the Federal Communications Bar Association. This position fostered Kelley’s interest in critical analysis and effective communication of issues and ideas.

As an ardent sports fan, Kelley worked in the sports information field at Iowa State University, the University of Florida, and Indiana State University prior to law school. She is an avid fan of the Washington Nationals, college basketball and Manchester United and was a cross-country runner in high school and college.
