Lifschitz built his legal career by strongly and effectively advocating for his clients, even in the most difficult cases, to achieve the best possible outcome and litigating complex construction disputes for governments, private landowners, commercial contractors, design professionals and other entities. Lifschitz has a wealth of experience in every aspect of trial practice and is known for winning one of the biggest liquidated damages awards in the history of the construction industry. He has been recognized as a Washington D.C. “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers magazine for the past 14 years and named to the D.C. Super Lawyers “Top 100 Lawyer” list. Lifschitz is a member of the American, District of Columbia and Maryland Bar Associations, ABA Construction Industry Forum, and the International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists. Additionally, he is the president of Sulam, a school for children with learning challenges, and the Greater Washington Community Kollel and serves on the board of Explore! Children’s Museum. 

Lifschitz earned his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University and his law degree from George Washington University Law Center.
