Lifschitz has a wealth of experience in every aspect of trial practice and is known for winning one of the biggest liquidated damages awards in the history of the construction industry. He has been recognized as a Washington D.C. “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers magazine for the past 14 years and named to the D.C. Super Lawyers “Top 100 Lawyer” list. Lifschitz is a member of the American, District of Columbia and Maryland Bar Associations, ABA Construction Industry Forum, and the International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists. Lifschitz earned his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University and his law degree from George Washington University Law Center.
