Barbara Anne ("B.A.") Spignardo serves as an adjunct professor for "Hospitality and Tourism Law" program

Shapiro, Lifschitz & Schram is pleased to announce that attorney Barbara Anne (“B.A.”) Spignardo has been selected to serve as an adjunct professor for American University’s Washington College of Law, “Hospitality and Tourism Law” summer program in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Spignardo taught the topics of hospitality finance, comfort letters, and subordination, nondisturbance, and attornment agreements (SNDAs) on June 14, 2017 during the two-week accredited program.

A member of Shapiro, Lifschitz & Schram’s Real Estate Group, Ms. Spignardo focuses her practice primarily on real estate transactions and finance, business and commercial transactions and lending. She has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having practiced law for over 15 years in the commercial real estate arena, with a focus on hospitality properties.
