Judah Lifschitz authors chapter in the ABA's Construction ADR book

Judah Lifschitz, Principal and Co-President of Shapiro, Lifschitz & Schram recently authored a chapter of the book Construction ADR. The publication was sponsored by the American Bar Association Forum Committee on the Construction Industry.

The 750 page book contains a detailed discussion of the ADR process used in the construction industry and includes chapters related to:

  • Enforcing arbitration agreements

  • Discovery
  • Secrets of a winning presentation
  • Special issues in mediation
  • IDM’s DRB’s and other forms of construction ADR
  • The ADR process from the owner, designer, contractor and sub-contractor’s perspective.

The Forum is also including on-going updates to the book, which will include the newest cases, concepts, articles, and analysis dealing with each subject available on-line.
