As a result of the Enron scandal that led to the bankruptcy of the Enron Corporation and the dissolution of Arthur Andersen, served as lead counsel for inside directors and officers of Enron under D&O insurance policies regarding allegations of wrongful acts with respect to Enron financial activities. Ensured that the insurance companies provided coverage for the defense costs incurred by the various policyholders in the face of challenging arguments of no coverage.
