Shapiro, Lifschitz & Schram Promotes Marni Lefkowitz Ahram to Partner

WASHINGTON, D.C. Jan. 6, 2020 – Shapiro Lifschitz & Schram is pleased to announce the promotion of Marni Lefkowitz Ahram to partner of the firm, effective January 1. Ahram is a member of the firm’s real estate and business groups, where she focuses primarily on real estate transactions, retail and office leasing, and business and commercial transactions for small to mid-sized companies.

Ahram’s experience includes real estate and asset acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, subleasing and financing transactions, development negotiations, management and service agreements, structuring and interpreting mixed-use and condominium association covenants and easement agreements, business and entity formation including capital and governance structuring, and structuring and negotiation of operating contracts.

Ahram is admitted and active in the District of Columbia and Maryland and admitted and inactive in New York and Oklahoma. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, her Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management and her Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law.
